We are supplying parts to big famous company such as Boeing and Caterpiller.
The machined parts that we are manufacturing are with sizes ranging in 1500mm length and 400 mm outside diameter, The material includes chrome bearing steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum etc. And we can supply heat treatment, surface treatment, mechanical performance test and Chemical composition test according to the customer′s different requirements.
Our rolling bearings with sizes ranging from a 3 mm bore to an 2000 mm outside diameter. We offer the most extensive line of ball and roller bearings. The rolling bearing types includes Rotor bearing, Deep groove ball bearings, Single row and double row angular contact ball bearings, Tapered roller bearings, Cylindrical roller bearings with cage, Full complement cylindrical roller bearings, Cam follower etc.
The bearing rings that we are manufacturing are with sizes ranging from a 3 mm bore to an 1200 mm outside diameter and forging rings in 450mm high and 4000 mm outside diameter. We can proceed heat treatment, rough-machining, Ultrasonic detection, mechanical performance test and Chemical composition test according to the customer′s different requirements.
